Cut the potatoes in the shape of a banana and confit them. Also we put the trumpets of the death to hydrate and we are frying some garlic and onion. After the trumpets are moisturized we add it to the garlic and onion and cook and reserve. Cortamos las patatas con forma de plátano y las confitamos. Tambien ponemos las trompetas de la muerte a hidratar y vamos friendo unos ajos y cebolla. Despues de que las trompetas esten hidratadas se la añadimos a los ajos y cebolla y rehogamos y reservamos. El solomillo lo hacemos al gusto en el grill y en el plato le ponemos un poco de la salsa de trompetas de la muerte y las patatas platano.
